When is the order deadline?
The order deadline is Fridays @ 11:59 pm. After the order deadline has passed, no further adjustments can be made to the order.
How do I know if you deliver to my area?
When you create an account with us you will be asked to enter your zip code. This allows you to determine whether you are within our home delivery zone. It will also show you our pickup locations if you are close enough.
How do you package a product when shipping?
For UPS Home Delivery we use 1.5-inch insulated boxes with ice packs and/or dry ice to keep products cold for up to 2-3 days. Our packages are handled with extreme care by the Pasture View team. Since we must use UPS Shipping to offer the convenience of Home Delivery, there is a certain point where the handling is simply out of our control and in the hands of UPS personnel. This means there’s a chance there may be the occasional product damage. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that the handling incident may cause and assure you that we will always take the necessary steps to immediately provide a full refund or replacement for the affected product.
Can I edit my order that I already placed?
Yes absolutely! But remember to have it finalized before the order deadline because after that you will no longer be able to change your order as our team will already be processing the orders.
Can I order after the deadline?
No, due to our schedule, we cannot accept any orders after the deadline. To ensure the best service it is recommended to have the order in a day or two before the deadline.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will NOT be charged WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Since the final cost is occasionally dependent upon the weight of the items ordered, we can't charge your card until we process your order, which will happen 1-3 days before your delivery date. We kindly ask that you keep this process in mind when placing your order and make sure there are sufficient funds for the card to be charged at the proper time. Thank you!
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
No problem. Your food is securely packed within an insulated box, accompanied by ample dry ice or ice packs. This ensures it remains chilled and safe throughout its transit. We recommend that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able.
How should I expect my order to arrive?
Our goal is to ensure that all frozen items arrive in a frozen state and all fresh items arrive cold. However, shipping delays can occasionally result in the meat arriving partially thawed. If this occurs, rest assured, as long as it is still cold to the touch the beef remains safe for consumption or refreezing due to its proper vacuum sealing.
Is there a Home Delivery order minimum?
Yes, there is a $75 order minimum to ensure we have enough product in your box to maintain a safe shipping temperature. Please Note: For orders over $150 in 1-2 day ground and 2 day Air over $200 qualify for Free Home Delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver orders on a weekly basis, and you will be given an estimated delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders can arrive in as early as 3 days depending upon your order date.
