Fedex will deliver to the exact address you provide. Once your box leaves our facility, we cannot reroute it.
📍 Where We Ship
We currently ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.
We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or American service bases outside the lower 48.
We now offer local pickup every Monday. Contact us to schedule a pickup.
📅 When We Ship
We ship every Monday and Tuesday (and occasionally Wednesdays during busy weeks).
Shipping early in the week helps ensure your meat doesn’t get stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.
Check the announcement bar at the top of our website for upcoming shipping dates and order cutoffs.
For our 2025 fall beef and pork we are shipping early December.
🚚 How We Ship
Pasture View Farm orders are shipped via Fedex using one of the following services that we select:
2nd Day Air
3 Day Select
Ground (based on location and time of year)
All shipping and handling costs are included in the final price.
📦 Pennsylvania Orders
Shipping within Pennsylvania? Your meat ships Fedex Ground and typically arrives in 1–2 days after shipping.
Live near Pennsylvania? Expect similar timing.
📦 Orders Outside Pennsylvania
Orders to other lower 48 states are shipped via Fedex 2nd-Day, Fedex Express, or Ground depending on distance and weather. Pasture View chooses the best shipping times based on distance, weather situations, time and cost. Most frozen meat orders arrive within 24–48 hours of shipping.
❄️ How Meat is Packed
Every frozen meat order is packed in a recyclable, Made in the USA corrugated box with a 1.5-inch recyclable-based liner (no Styrofoam and easily recycled, disposed).
Packed with gel packs to keep your meat frozen in transit
Meat should still be frozen solid or cold to the touch (below 40°F)
Check your meat upon arrival. If anything seems off, contact us.
📦 Tracking & Delivery
You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Fedex scans along the way, but updates can be inconsistent.
We recommend being ready to receive your box once it's en route. Fedex may leave the box at your porch, gate, or garage, depending on their policy.
Pasture View cannot control where the delivery driver places your order.
If you like, you can leave delivery instructions at checkout, and we’ll add them to the outside of the box to help guide the driver. We cannot guarantee the driver will follow the instructions.
🛑 IMPORTANT
We do not control your package once it leaves our facility.
If Fedex delivers to the wrong address, we’ll do everything we can to help, but please triple-check your shipping info before ordering.
💸 Returns & Refunds
Damaged Goods
If your box arrives damaged or something is broken, let us know right away so we can issue a refund.
Perishable Meat
We do not accept returns on meat due to its perishable nature.
As long as it’s below 40°F on arrival, your meat is safe to refrigerate or refreeze. If you have concerns, reach out.
Bulk Orders – Change of Plans?
We get it, life happens.
Deposits are nonrefundable but can be applied toward meat from your original order.
Example: Paid a $400 deposit? You can use it toward $400 worth of meat.
Paid in full but need to cancel?
Find someone to take over your order
Roll your order to a future presale (if available)
Please note:
We cannot store meat beyond your scheduled ship date.
You’ll still keep any bonuses already received, even if you opt out of the full order.

Pickup Policy
Local pick up is always FREE. Please write in a preferred pick up time on the check out page. Orders can be picked up every Monday. Need a different time? Message us and we can arrange a time.
