6 tablespoons butter

1 medium onion, diced

1½ cups carrots, peeled & diced

1½ stalks celery, diced

3½ cups chicken broth

5 medium cooked potatoes, diced

1½ cups corn

3 cups cooked, cubed ham

1 teaspoon oregano
-
2 bay leaves
-
salt to taste

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon Farm Dust seasoning

½ teaspoon Nature’s seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic salt

⅓ cup flour
-
3 cups milk
-
¾ cup sour cream
Directions
In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until tender.
Add chicken broth, potatoes, corn, ham, and seasonings.
In a saucepan, melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Add milk and whisk until smooth. Bring mixture to a boil and allow to thicken.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
Pour into soup mixture and stir until combined.
